United States Representative – District 1, State Senator Legislative Districts 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 23, State Representative Position A Legislative Districts 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 23, State Representative Position B Legislative Districts 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 23, County Commissioner District 1, County Commissioner District 3, Clerk of the District Court, Sheriff, Clerk of the District Court, Prosecuting Attorney, Precinct Committee Persons, Justice of the Supreme Court, Judges of the Court of Appeals, Canyon County Ambulance District to Establish a Permanent override Tax Levy, Nampa Municipal General Obligation Transportation Bonds, Caldwell School District Supplemental Levy, Parma School District Plant Facilities Reserve Fund Levy, West Ada Joint School District Supplemental Levy, Kuna Joint School District Supplemental Levy, Wilder School District COSSA Levy, Middleton Rural Fire District Permanent Tax Levy Override, and Star Fire District Permanent Tax Levy Override.

PRE-ELECTION REGISTRATION CUTOFF

The deadline to pre register for the May 21, 2024 election is April 26, 2024. You can register online at voteidaho.gov with a valid Idaho drivers license or you can come into our office at 1102 E. Chicago St. Caldwell, ID 83605 to register in person.

ABSENTEE BALLOTS

The deadline to request an absentee ballot for the May 21, 2024 election is May 10, 2024.

Registered voters may request an Absentee Ballot by completing and signing a request and submitting it to the Elections Office before 5:00 p.m. on May 10, 2024. You can sign up for an absentee ballot on voteidaho.gov or requests may be mailed, scanned and emailed, or delivered to the Canyon County Elections Office at 1102 E. Chicago St. Caldwell, Idaho 83605.

Once voted, Absentee Ballots must be returned to the Elections Office at 1102 E. Chicago St. Caldwell, Idaho 83605 by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tuesday, May 21, 2024.

EARLY VOTING

You can vote early May 6th – May 17th, between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday – Friday at the following locations:

  • Caldwell Elks Lodge – 1015 N. Kimball Ave. Caldwell, ID 83605
  • Hispanic Cultural Center – 315 Stampede Dr. Nampa, ID 83687

ELECTION DAY

Election Day Voting will be held on May 21, 2024. You may vote anytime between the hours of 8am and 8pm. You can look up your polling location, precinct and legislative district on our Voter Lookup Tool. To view our list of polling locations click here.

LOGIC AND ACCURACY TEST

The Logic and Accuracy Test will be held at the Canyon County Elections Office (1102 E. Chicago St, Caldwell, ID 83605). Time and date will be determined as we get closer to May.
